Paula Nichols

Paula Nichols is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and market analysis. She serves as a real estate agent in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and has personally been engaged in over $40M of real estate transactions. Paula is also the co-founder of an investment firm focused on helping busy professionals passively invest in commercial real estate. Prior to serving as a real estate agent, Paula managed the development of residential communities and served as a management consultant to clients in the banking and utility sectors. 

Paula has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University, she is a certified Scrum Master and a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her husband, serving in her local community and practicing interior design.
